Donation of 10 Beds to Aadhar Organisation ,Bhogaon Solapur

Aadhar Organisation is the organiastion working for helpless and needy old patients.They are providing all services including food and staying arrangements with marginal cost or for some cases at free of cost.Presently more than 60 persons are being treated as a one family.Dr.Nanda Shivgunde and her family are working day and night with dedication.Recently they have started 'Arunaydaya Care Centre' for paralytic patients. We donated 10 beds for their patients worth of Rs 40,000/-.Most of our brethren visited that organisation and interacted with patients.

Green Initiative by Our Lodge

This year we have decided to achieve 300 target for tree plantation. We started with our own lodge .We planted 25 grown up plants in our Lodge premises.Also we have taken beautification of Lodge premises project. In next phase we are planting 150 saplings at Soregaon.

Educational Help to Orphanage Students

Habiba Balak Ashram is the old orphanage working in Solapur since last 30 years .25 students of age 5 to 20 are living in the ashram. Ashram provides basic facilities like lodging, food, clothing, medical care and moreover, school and college education to make them stand on their own feet. The students from Solapur and nearby districts are the beneficiaries. Our Lodge paid tuition fees of Rupees Forty Thousand ( Rs 40,000/-) for the two students who are studying in the final year of Engineering in Solapur. Looking at the facilities available there and their need, we have contributed for the noble cause of Education. RWM Bro. Shirish Dantalake. Hon. Secretary Bro.Mohan Deshpande,IPMBro.Shrikrishna Kalekar,Bro.Dr.Suresh Bakle ,Dr.Siddhyeshwar Wale ,Principal of A.G.Patil Institute of Technology Dr.V.V.Potdar and Trustee of Ashram Shri Bhutda were present on this occasion.

Donation of Brail Books to Blind School

One of the oldest blind school .Shri Bhairuratan Damani Blind School in Solapur provides basic education,lodging, food ,medical care and counseling facilities to around 40 students. This is residential school and very well administered through Rotary Club of Solapur North. Students of the age 5 to 20 from Solapur and nearby areas are the beneficiaries. The school is well maintained .Cleanliness. Quality of food and education are worth appreciating. They have their own teachers who work as their mentors. They also provide self earning shemes to the students after age 18. Our lodge provided brail books to the students which are worth of Rs 27,000/- ( Rupees Twenty SevenThousand) which were badly needed. RWM Bro. Shirish Dantalake.Hon.
