Bro. Er.Mohan Deshpande was initiated in the lodge in March 2009. In a span one decade he worked on various posts like Inner Guard,Deacons,Worshipful Junior Warden,Senior Warden and Secretary consecutive two years 2018 &2019. He is known for his proactiveness and administration. His worked distinguishly & innovatively on all committees and very popular amongst all brethren.

          Motivational Speaker, Soft skill Trainer, NLP Practitioner, Charismatic Leader Mohan Deshpande is post graduate in Mechanical Engineering with brilliant academic track record. He is also perusing doctorate in Industrial Engineering. He has rich experience of over 35 years in industry,education and administration. Exhibited an exemplary educational leadership which brought him Best Teacher Awards by Professionals, many times. The national award as the Best Principal by ISTE New Delhi, a reputed technical society next to AICTE was on top.

          He developed three colleges i.e. Shri Tuljabhavani College of Engineering, Tuljapur, Bharat Ratna Indira Gandhi college of Engineering, Solapur and Swami Vivekanand Institute of Technology (Poly) Solapur, in the capacity of Principal and Director of the College.

         

          He gave more than 500 seminars on Career Planning in last 30 years by which more than 1 lac students benefitted.He is an icon for many professional who are working as enterprenuers,industrialist and professionals. One of the unique achievment of his is District governor of Rotory International R.1.Dist.3132 which covers 11 revenue districts of Maharashtra(2011-12). This is the highest honor and recognition in service orginization. Rotary International is working throughout the globe over 114 years. He has raised the bars of Rotary Internationl District 3132 by arranging many glorius events.

          His passion is bringing sea change in his students. He organizes a larger no of programs, workshops on professional trainings, leadership skills, soft skills, training for students, teachers, professionals, officers, trainee engineer and leaders working in service orginizations, volunteer organizations.

          Mohan Deshpande has huge experience of arranging outcome based programs. He excelled with number of innovative programs and his dedication, in Rotary international, Indian Society of Technical Education, Computer Society of India,Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering, Institute of Engineering(India) and no of professional, social, and service organizations underlines his immaculate capacities. Many state,National,International awards also to his credit which includes two awards for Best Leadership in Event Management.

Recently he received 4 Gold Medal at ‘Enhancing Soft Skills and Personality’ and various soft skill examination conducted by IIT, Madras under NPTEL amongst 15000 participants which itself speaks about his skills and ability…….
